This month we explore the topic of pride or excellence in one’s work. It matters a great deal to us that our customers are satisfied with our work on their automobiles, but that desire to serve isn’t limited to our workmanship, which ranks top on the list; it extends to everything we do. We do all we can to provide a memorable experience to all given the resources at our disposal: this principle is what guides us each and every day.
Pride in our work is also a recognition that there are times we fall short of our goals. However, the key is that when it happens, we learn from those errors and improve.
