We started this year expecting to change several things, and we did! This year saw several change and the feedback most of you have provided tells us not only of your approval, but more importantly, that we are continuing to listen to you and doing our very best to serve you the way we ought. Some changes were small and others much more consequential.
The small changes included our outdoor signage, new entertainment choices in our reception area and the addition of CFNA our financial partner for better payment options just to name a few. Personnel is another area that has seen a change in face, but not in skills. We are thankful for our former technician team that had been with us, but it was important to go in a new direction, one that continues to put you, our most important stakeholder, at the forefront of all strategic choices. However, none of those compare to our shop floor.
Sadly, this is what our shop used to look like. It was tight, crammed, presented serious safety concerns (thankfully, nothing ever happened). Despite this mess you continued to trust us and for that we will forever be grateful. But we are happy to tell you that something has been done to remedy it and turn the page. It is a work in progress, but we can share some photos that would give you an idea of the direction we are taking...
Our ultimate goal is to have a floor that looks like the one below. But in order for that to happen we need all the oil change, brake service or radiator replacement and more you and friends will require to be done here: we need your patronage to continue to exist and give you the environment worthy of your trust and confidence.
